The Missouri Nurses Association and Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders 2024 Nurse Leadership Forum - Restoring Joy with a Healthy Work Environment is scheduled for August 29th at the Capital Bluffs Event Center in Jefferson City, MO. The Capital Bluffs Event Center is located at 1616 Oilwell Rd Suite B, Jefferson City, MO 65101.

Our goal is to have front-line nurses and nurse leaders from every hospital and health related industry come together to facilitate and enhance a Healthy Work Environment in Missouri and restore joy into the practice of nursing. The 2024 forum is an oppor­tunity to explore with your peers and staff what it means to have a healthy work envi­ronment with wellness, professional governance and safety as featured topics. With nurses at the heart of care and quality outcomes, those attending will be provided with a blueprint for establishing a healthy work environment regardless of position or title. Collaboration and communication are vital to forging the future of care delivery in an environment where nurses want to work. 

To support collaboration and communication, MONL members may extend a special discount code to a direct care staff member or other leader in their organization to at­tend at the MONL rate. Once they enter the discount code  they will receive a $100 discount on the registration fee.
