Conference Overview:  This educational activity will provide an overview of the underpinnings of micro-learning as an emerging education strategy to drive nurse learner engagement, improve quality and patient safety to help build a learning organization culture.

 Your Faculty:

Dr. Kate Oneill, DNP, RN is a Nurse Consultant for EBSCO Information Services. Formerly she served as the Director of Education and Workforce Solutions at Siemens Healthineers US Division. As a healthcare leader, Dr. ONeill works closely with nursing leaders and industry stakeholders to hardwire evidence-based solutions specifically at the intersection of quality, safety, and health IT to improve care; and build a learning organization culture. She has over 15 years’ experience in learning innovation, strategic planning, staff development, product design, and clinical faculty. Currently she serves as an active member on the 2024 MONL Board.
